Growth Through Leadership and Experience
The firm’s history includes several important milestones that helped shape the organization clients know today.
In 1986, Mark S. McKay joined the firm and later became a partner in 1991. His leadership, client service, and professional contributions played an important role in the firm’s development.
In 1989, Lee Willis joined the firm after earning a Master of Business Administration from Louisiana Tech University. Lee became a partner in 1999 and has worked throughout his career in all phases of the firm’s practice, with a particular focus on developing and supervising the firm’s audit services.
In 1999, Steven Kimball joined the firm after completing his accounting studies at Louisiana College. Steven has broad experience in accounting, auditing, and taxation, and has worked extensively with local governmental units and defined contribution retirement plans. He was admitted to the partnership in 2014.
In 2014, Emily Veuleman joined the firm full-time after completing an internship with the firm during her studies at the University of Louisiana Monroe. Emily has worked extensively in all phases of the firm’s practice and was admitted to the partnership in 2022.
In 2015, Steven McKay joined the firm after graduation and was admitted to the partnership in 2019. Steven serves clients in areas including local governmental audits across Louisiana and small business tax planning and preparation.
