About Us

The firm was established in 1982 when John S. Rozier, IV and M. Dale Harrington combined their accounting practices beginning a collaboration that continued until Dale’s retirement in 2005. The organization that began with John and Dale’s alliance has expanded to meet the needs of a growing and diverse group of clients.


We are available at the client’s convenience to discuss matters affecting the management of their affairs, assist in developing solutions to challenges, and help identify opportunities to meet their goals.
