Sara Sterritt, originally from Georgia, has called Central Louisiana home since 2008. For the past two years, she has served as the Head Financial Analyst at Rozier, McKay, and Willis, where she leads a team focused on evaluating client business performance, preparing financial and payroll reports, and helping clients strengthen their financial position for sustainable growth. She collaborates closely with multiple departments to ensure alignment with financial goals and to provide insights that support strategic decision-making.
Prior to joining the firm, she spent 11 years as a Senior Loan Officer and Certified Credit Union Financial Counselor, developing deep expertise in lending, credit analysis, and client financial education. She is currently working toward her Certified Public Bookkeeper certification and is passionate about building meaningful client relationships and expanding client portfolios.
