The firm that became Rozier, McKay & Willis originated in 1981 when John Rozier established his accounting practice in Alexandria. Due to John’s skill and hard work, his solo practice became a success. The initial success of his venture created opportunities to collaborate with other professionals and grow into a full service accounting firm. Some milestones that have occurred during the firm’s evolution are described as follows:

Mark S. McKay joins the firm

Mark S. McKay joined the firm in 1986 and became a partner in 1991.

Lee Willis joined the firm in 1989 and became a partner in 1999.

Steven E. Kimball joins the firm

Steven E. Kimball joined the firm in 1999 and became a partner in 2014. His efforts allowed the firm to continue to expand as it entered the twenty-first century.
